WSAPoll and LSP

Hi all,

I'm working on adding WSAPoll support to my LSP. But I'm having
problems trying to figure out where to add my code to support WSAPoll.
Typically in a LSP, we register our handling functions through the
WSPPROC_TABLE structure, or through WSPIoctl/
SIO_GET_EXTENSION_FUNCTION_POINTER to get to extension functions.
However, WSAPoll doesn't seem to be available through any of these
means. Does anyone have an idea of where I can put in my
implementation of WSAPoll?
