Accessing lan network

I have a nat router that supports some PC's in a lan. I use port forwarding
to access a certain PC from the Internet and it works fine, but I can't do
it from a PC inside the lan since it would access only via the lan.
Is there a way to achieve that somehow, say by using special address/masking
combination?
