Thank you for letting me know this.
Based on mstscax.dll and Vista SP1, I performed some research in our
internal database and I found many issues for it and the causes were
various, to track the root cause of this issue, further debugging or dump
analysis would be required. I recommend that you contact CSS for more
dedicated support. If this issue is proved to be a product issue, the call
will be free at last.
Of course, if you have some debugging experiences on Windows, you may also
want to debug this issue by yourself. I would recommend that you refer to
this article for debugging:
