No, microsoft.public.windows.networking.wireless is not a good NG for bluetooth developers.
It's mostly for wi-fi and WWAN users.

I need to use the services, not discover them. Discovery is easy (it is
actually documented).
I need to Activate a headset service. Just opening the connection with the
GUID doesn't work.
