Thank you! I have analysed packages Ethereal and i have found the answer!
Problem in work of the WINS-server! On a network card the correct
WINS-server
(existing) and a correct name of group should be given. In this case the
delay is not present!

I did not think, that the analysis of network packages will help me, but I
have really seen, that Windows may not find WINS-server and so send
broadcasting packages.
