RE: emulation of gethostbyaddr to resolve to NetBIOS name

My main difficulty was the incorrect return of gethostbyaddr() as described
here:

I think I was confusing NetBIOS in its original form with NetBIOS over
TCP/IP (NetBT) which I came to realise later, so I will probably continue in
this direction.
