Also check the export of Dhcpsapi.dll.There was a case here, that due to bug
in header the guy was forced to LoadLibrary + GetProcAddress to invoke some
specific function, which was marked "as declared".

DhcpEnumSubnetElementsV5 is included in dhcpsapi.h. I can't seem to find
a dhcpsapi.h that actually contains it. Can anyone point me in the right
direction?
