DartSock.dll - Receive event not firing.

I'm using vb6 and the winsock control. We are sending message to the
remote server and receiving a confirmation back from that server. This
message receipt from the remote server has stopped working after we
did a server migration.Servers are Win 2003.

During the migration we simply copied over DartSock.dll to the new
server and registered it.
If there is a problem with the DLL even message send' to the remote
server should not be working. That makes me think that there is no
issue with DLL but it is something to do with new server environment
variables.

Any idea what could be the possible causes ?

Appreciated.
