I am using SetCommState() to setup the baud rate of my RS-422
connection. However, if I were to set the baud rate to 126000bps,
SetCommState error occurs. I zoom in the error to the baud rate and
not the rest of the dcb structure as its only when i change the baud
rate will the SetCommState error occur.
