You will have to check the MIB for the switch from the switch manufacturer.
AFAIK, there is no provision for this in the standard (mib-2) MIBs. If the
switch MIB supports this, then you can use it. You can search for specific
vendor MIBs at www.mibdepot.com

Is it possible to enable/disable a switch's port using SNMP? I know it can
be done for most using a configuration tool provided for a particular
switch.
Can it be done using SNMP on the fly?
For instance, a managed switch has 8 ports; I want to disable ports 1-4
during certain hours of the day. And, enable said ports during the other
part
of the day. Can this be accomplished using SNMP?
