Do you mean that even after you set needed permittions for this host on the
remote one, you still receive for from remote host access deny on your host?

I'm having problems connecting to performance counters an another machine
in
a win XP workgroup environment, I've tried the help in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300702
But still I get the "Unable to Connect to Machine"-message when I try to
add
counters to a counter log.

Any help on this subject would be much appreciated.
