Yes sure,
Please read the following from this NG in 5/15/07-

I used awhile ago some win32 hook library to intercept and modify win32
functions. I want to implement that also in incoming packets (to my
Windows
Media Player ). It should be in this case UDP and HTTP packets.
Is it possible, are there some samples?
Thanks in advance

A few days ago a question regarding UDP forwarding from one receiver to a
second one, was addressed by Arkady.
Is that doable also regarding HTTP stream witch actually travels over TCP
packets?
Are there some commercial tools or samples?
Thanks for any reference to my question.
