Error: Contro on this property *** are disabled because you do not have sufficient priviledge -reg

Dear friends,
Recently I have formatted my machine and then installed Microsoft Windows XP
Professional with SP2.
After logged into my account in LAN and when I double clicked over the "LAN
Status Icon",I get the error message
"Some of the controls on this property *** are disabled because you do not
have sufficient priveledge to access or change them".
The above error occurs only after the format.I am sure I am having
sufficient priviledge.
Please help me.
