Actually I tried doing it from GINA itself.Even there i got the same
error 619.Infact i tried to do what Kellie Fitton asked me to do.Even
in that case i get the error 619.Documentation is not clear what that
error means(all it says is PORT_NOT_CONNECTED).Infact there is an
option in msgina which allows you to start a dialup connection before
logging a user in.But the winlogon and GINA documentation in MSDN is
not clear enough to understand how it could be achieved in a custom
GINA.Infact the workflow in that case has not been documented in MSDN
