If you developer you can use LSP for that , otherwise seach for 3rd party
LSP ( maybe NetSheriff you mention is such ) which can do that.
AFAIK ISA can't do what you need by default ( that just f/w ) , maybe you
can create such filters for it, better ask that on appropriated forums like
microsoft.public.isa
