Well, any software can have bugs, in fact software is presumed
to have bugs and QA only ensures the remaining bugs are under
a certain threshold. NT4 Server is no exception. Why would
you expect it to be different from other software?

BTW, if NT4 is critical for you and your organization is big
enough, you can pay Microsoft for support of their older
software. It's all about money of course... :)
