To prevent the DHCP Client service from going crazy while I'm installing
networking components, I simply stop the service during the installation
process. This has proved "ok", but still leads to random problems with DHCP.

The workaround that I am currently testing, is to put a 5 second delay
inbetween the installing of networking components, and starting the DHCP
Client service.

It may be that the networking stack needs to "settle" for a few seconds
after installation is done, and the DHCP Client service may not start
correctly during this time.
