P2P Group and Graph Chat do create new groups and graphs anymore

When attempt to create a new graph with Graph Chat I am getting the error
codes hresult=-80631001. Attemting, with graphchat, to create a new graph
yields hresult=80072ced. Only a few days ago, everything worked fine. Can
any one give me a clue what is going on?--
