Net functions problem

I am calling NetMessageBufferSend() and NetSessionDel() methods from my
program, i am getting return value as 2273 and 2312 respectively. I am admin
on the machine. i am able to successfully call NetSessionEnum().
what could be the problem ? can anyone help me.
