NetAPI32 NetJoinDomain Errors - Help!

We cannot find any documentation on error codes returned from the
NetJoinDomain function in NetAPI32.

We have determined error 1326 to be invalid password.
We cannot determine the meanings for errors 5 and 1523 however, and are
getting these often.

Does anyone know what they are?
