You need to find who open the interface(NIC) and send OID to change the
current MAC -
OID_802_3_CURRENT_ADDRESS set.
Hard task , maybe start from viruses.
Or try TdiMon from www.sysinternals.com , if not the only way I see is to
install IM driver ( ndisuio , now ndisprot from DDK ) to see is someone send
that , or your NIC do it by itself for some reason ( maybe it gone crazy ?
