Hi Hannes,

Thanks for your posting. From your description, one of your win32 raw
socket program (using ip protocol number 4) used to work on win2k
server(sp3), but it no longer work after you move it to a w2k3 server.
Also, other similiar program use other protocol works well, yes?

I've searched some former issues but haven't found any one exact match
yours. Would you provide some further info on your socket program such as
what's its main function and the problem occurs at which part of your
program( call a certain function or data not sending....). If there is any
errors, would provide some detaield error info. Also, it would be much more
helpful if you can provide very simple demo program so that we can do some
local tests on our side.
If there're any other infos , please also feel free to post here. Thanks.
