Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/View:
Uncheck "Use simple file sharing (Recommended)"

Actually I recommend this should get unchecked as
a mandatory step in the standard machine installation
procedure in any corporate IT department... It's one
thing to have it on WinXP Home, but for the professional
OS it's simply ridiculous!
