I was really going after the connect-time caller data functionality.

Unfortunately, I just found out that Windows does not support connect-time
caller data yet for the TCP/IP protocol. So, we are of luck.

Any idea when this functionality will be implemented by Microsoft, if it
will be implemented at all?
