Actually, I downloaded the zipped files and tried making a c++ repro
program according to your pascal code.but I found it would take much time
for me reading the code due to my shortknowledge on pascal. :(

If the sample can correctly reproduce the problem, GUI building does not
matter. :) You could send your code and repro steps to my mail box by
removing online from my email address.
