Not neccesary you select speaker, you can select any other device also
but it should be able to be enumerated.

Unfortunately that's not the case with my sound card (Analog Devices
SoundMax). The only item listed on Levels is Speakers. I have it set to
show hidden and unused devices.

I will check tomorrow with a Sound Blaster Audigy card.
