    Well, that group is devoted to SDK topics in the speech technology area.
    Seems to be the canonical choice to me. :-)

    It may be that your ISP does not carry the group, or perhaps your (web
    based?) news client is at fault. I'd suggest creating a "News" account in OE
    pointing at the server news.microsoft.com
