Thanks Dmirty. That is exactly what I was looking for.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I do not think I have to worry about this
property for Outlook 2002. I believe (cannot remember) all images are
downloaded for 2002 by default.
I don't have a working copy of 2002 anymore so I cannot verify. Weirdly, I
do have Outlook 2000 for testing but not 2002.
Too bad we cannot download a version using our MSDN subscription - just for
testing purposes.

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way using extended MAPI to allow image
downloads for certain emails? In other words, if I had an addin that
looked for certain mail headers and if we detected these headers, then we
could enable image downloads for that specific email.
Any thoughts on this would be helpful.
Thanks,
Tom -
