access to store

Hi there
I'm trying to develop some application for Exchange server (I would like
that it works on the Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007)
Firstly, I want get access to all mails on Exchange server. It's possible?

On my server doesn't exists any MAPI profile (Outlook not installed, just
Outlook Express), and so I'm creating new MAPI profile, log on to MAPI
subsystem using this profile, but the new MAPI profile doesn't have any store
e.t.c
My question: it's possible to connect to the new MAPI profile some existing
store to access all mails on the server?

If exists something else path to get all mail, please, give to me some
information about it

Sorry for my bad english :)
.
