CDO.Message properties

Hi,
I am trying to get at the CDO.Message properties, in particular I need
to discover the charset and then attempt to rertrieve the Message.Text
using the particular charset, is this possible?
I am using c# .net 2.0 with CDO.dll (6.5.xxxxx).
