How can I create a html message used utf8 encoding with extended MAPI?

Hi!

How can I create and send a html message used encoding with extended
MAPI? Which properties has to be set?
I tried to set many properties (like PR_INTERNET_CPID,
PR_MESSAGE_CODEPAGE, PR_InetMailOverrideFormat), but I can't create a
good html message used utf8 encoding.
