IMAPIStatus::FlushQueues() used to do that. No MAPI workarounds.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I am looking for something to
trigger the IMsgStore::GetOutgoingQueue() call explictly. The work
around will not suit my requirements. Let me know if anyone knows of a
way to do this.
