Programming environment

Hi,

just a question of interest. Currently I'm programming client programs
@work because there I've got an installed Exchange server.

What do I need to do the same @home? This means is there a chance to
install an extended mapi client on my computers and other requirements to
get the same environment.

How do you program and test you applications? Did you set up an Exchange
server and an Outlook client. Is there an evaluation kit for Exchange which
I can install for more than one time?

However I do not want to spend much money on any MSDN subscription!
