Forms do not respond to codes after moving it to another folder

Hi

I am posing the form object (item) to another folder. Once it arrives there
the forms seems to get initialised as the checkboxes (originally disabled)
are enabled. And the code no longer responds to the command buttons on the
forms.

Can anyone help?
