Which one? NetMeeting is for sharing your desktop; MSN messenger is for
sending instant messages back and forth.

C, C++, Delphi, or if you're feeling brave, assembly language would
probably work. If you mean desktop sharing, that _can_ be done with the
..NET languages, but the interop requirements are very nasty which means
you'll have a hard time geting decent performance out of it. If you mean
instant messaging, then performance isn't really an issue and you can use
almost anything.
