Net Send command

Hi all,

I manage to send a message to myself using the "Net Send" command, in the
following format:

Net Send /domain:<myPCname> <Message Text>

Now I want to do it across the internet to some users. They have their PC's
configured as Workgroup or Domain. It didn't work with any combination of
Domain/Workgroup + Name.

What is the syntax for the remote user's domain? Is it composed with their
service provider name?
