About wdc!WdcRunTaskAsInteractiveUser

Hi, guys.
After debuged taskmgr.exe using windbg, I found it uses
WdcRunTaskAsInteractiveUser to create new process when there is no
need to run new process as administrator.
But after a lot of searching on Internet, there is no useful
information about this API.
So does any one know anything about WdcRunTaskAsInteractiveUser?
