Umm, if you really do have a keypad, then this isn't a "virtual" keyboard
driver at all. It's a real keyboard driver. You don't have to do any
injection. Just build a standard HID keyboard driver and return normal HID
keystrokes.
Check out the "firefly" HID driver in the WDK.
