Based on my tests, neither Winlogon Notification Packages nor Service
Control Manager (SCM) Notifications triggers the Logon event when it's a
impersonation (LogonUser, CreateProcessWithLogonW). Stefan's meaning is
that, impersonation creates a logon session too.

However, a real winlogon has other things to do, e.g. start winlogon.exe,
prepare the desktop, etc. I'm performing researches to see whether it is
possible to be notified about the impersonation without hooks.
