Well, the code should be very simple. There is no need to jump out of the window. I just cut some piece of code from my testing application. You can take a look at it here: http://www.shcherbyna.com/sources/findfirstfileexmpl.rar

Please take into account that this code is just _a demonstration_ it contains some dirty mixes of testing code ( also the code does not use Ex version of function, but I think you will be able to adjust it with no problems) , I dont pay attention to safe string function, etc. So dont beat me too much.

Please, please can someone give me code to make this work? I just
can't seem to get FindFirstFileW to work or any of the W's.

I've gone through so many iterations of code that I'm about to jump
out of my 21st floor window. Just the declares, and the call would be
great. That whole \\?\ doesn't seem to work for me either. Let's
just assume my path to look in is \\server\share

That and the handler test. I can build the rest of my code off of
that.
