Thanks for your answer.I have read the document of u3 flash drivers,but there are some differences between our products and other products.U3 flash drivers usually have two partitions one is a cdrom partition for read only,the other is a user read-write partition.I also find flash drivers like U3 can antorun after first insert.But our product ONLY have a cdrom partition for read only.From http://support.microsoft.com/kb/320281/en-us/ I also see the same problem,may be a usb drive has to be installed by windows the first time it is inserted. This is why the
programmes do not auto run the first time. Once the device is installed though it is able to auto run each time it is inserted again.

Sure every company thinks THEIR product is so important to the customer that
it must annoy first and solve problems second. I can't believe a developer
looking for such a solution is so clueless to not have heard of the U3 flash
drives from SanDisk, Memorex, and others. Luckily SanDisk and the U3
organization offer utilities that can remove the fake CD part and stop auto
running potential viral code. It is a great method to release a virus into
a company. Take the U3 drive and put the virus in the CD partition. Then,
drop the flash drive in the parking lot of the place you want to infect.
Someone will sooner or later plug it into a computer on the internal
network.
I like these batch files to keep even U3 flash drives from running. It can
be a pain when installing software from CDs, but it is easy to turn on and
off and does not require a reboot under XP. This works even when some of
the other documented methods have holes or exceptions. One method requires
that you block by drive letter which seems to be far more difficult to
maintain and might not catch a strange flash drive never seen as the drive
letter cannot be predicted to be fixed over several computers.

You're late... Several such products already are on the market.
But we find a strange
phenomena:
After insert our usb flash drive into a computer with a fresh
installation of Windows 2000/Windows XP/Windows Vista for the first
time,
the AutoRun functionality of our computer may not work. However, after
unplugging and plugging the device into the computer, the AutoRun
functionality may start to work again. After that this phenomena does
not
occur again.
