filesystems are not part of that subsystem.

Get the WDK, look at the FileSpy mini-filter this includes the source for
a filemon like tool. Now, be aware that:

1. The system does a lot of opens, so if you do this for all files,
expect things to be very slow and painful

but antivirus software works in this way I think...

2. Filenames are not a good security model if you are thinking that
way.
