Look for my answer in your previous thread, but be careful with devcon
disable , that can disable all parent controllers. Maybe that what you want
in your case, but enable you have to do for each controller separately in
that case

i want to disable secondary ide and in turn disable the cd-rom that
is connected to secondary ide. is it possible? can you please suggest any
other way to disable cd-drive through coding? Thanks
