Just forget about it - filter hook and firewall hook drivers were just
half-baked features that MSFT eventually advised not to use, and Vista
does not support them (in fact, most of network hooking or filtering
drivers that worked well on W2K/XP/W2K3 are not going to work under
Vista, but this is a different story)
