GetOpenFileName leaves USB Drive unremovable

Hi,

I have an application in which I use the Common dialogs opensave to retrieve
filenames. It uses stream object to read the file. File is closed at end of
read.

I also have need to run safe remove of USB from this application. This works
fine normally. It does not work if I have opened a file on the USB using the
common dialog. I must use the open dialog again and open a file off another
drive for it to allow me to remove the USB Drive.

Anyone have ideas on why this occurs and is there a way to correct it?
