attribute on the file after access was granted?
Yep, sure did.
Have you tried it the other way around, i.e., single ACE grant-RW to an
admin and impersonate a non-admin account?
Yes, access is denied as it should be. It seems to be only users with
administrative privileges who can do it.
Yes, that does not look normal. Do you have an AV on the system with this
behaviour? Have you tried with the AV uninstalled?
Same behaviour on a PC with AV and a completely clean system (no AV, no
firewall, only Vistual Studio)..
