Hi Lesbee

If you look up the name Russinovich in the link you gave, you will get "No
results were found...".

Please look at our "MVP formula" carefully, and pay a special attention
to the second condition:

MVP= recognized_expertize_in_ some_ particular_ area_ of_ Windows_
programming & active_ participation_ in MSFT_ newsgroups

They do not participate in NG - this is why you got the result you have
described....

Furthermore, don't forget that these days Mark is MSFT employee, and
MVP program is only for MSFT outsiders....

Odd... but by your definition, R&S is NOT an authoritative source!!

Because the "&" in "R&S" is the AND operator, in order for "R&S" to be TRUE,
the result must be TRUE for both "R" AND "S".

Because the result is FALSE for "R", the result is FALSE for "R&S".

Therefore, because the result is FALSE for "R&S" for being "recognized
experts", "R&S" therefore can NOT be considered "authoritative sources".

Anyone who visits the link
https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/communities/mvp.aspx (i.e. the list
of MVP Awardees) can see a list of those who have been recognized by
"other people" as Windows expert,
