I am not a complete newbe but I do not have proper documentation.
How did you learn NDIS programming, if you learnt it . . . . Give me
some websites to read about that.

I do not have good news for you. You sound as if you had little or no prior
knowledge of NDIS and no colleagues who have experience with it.

This means you will need to spend months to make something that "works", and
many more months to make this something work properly with all the different
OS versions and third party hardware and software. If your goal is to
educate yourself and you can afford all this time and effort, you need to
start from the basic NDIS/TDI programming topics; if your goal is commercial
success, then you should not even start.
