have a look at the msidbCustomActionTypeNoImpersonate option - it controls
whether the CA is executed in the user or system context.

Strange, msiexec that is launching my deferred CAs is working under
my account ( admin ). The only msiexec that works under SYSTEM
account us Microsoft Installer service.

Or there are settings that can influence this process?
