Run an interactive application on the logon screen ?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Is it possible to run an application (e.g. calc.exe) on the Windows
logon screen prior to a user entering their username and password ? The
behaviour I'm looking for is similiar to that of the StickyKeys
application. Pressing Shift 5 times in a row will launch this Windows
application, even on the logon screen.

Will customising gina.dll help with this ?

Regards,

Patrick
